We are looking for
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager to drive execution velocity across our engineering and partnerships integration roadmap. This is not a traditional PM role—we need someone with deep technical fluency who can read code, understand cryptography basics, make architectural tradeoffs, and obsess over delivery velocity with the same level of rigor and attention to detail as our Head of Product.
You'll own the operational engine that keeps our engineering team shipping: managing Linear with surgical precision, driving project velocity through data-driven insights, collaborating with designers on product decisions, and removing blockers before they become bottlenecks. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and will become his operational right hand for product execution.
As Senior Technical Product Manager you will
Own and drive the engineering roadmap of initiatives (Developer API, Migrations, Mobile Apps, Infrastructure, QA, Privacy & Compliance) with other PMs, ensuring projects have clear milestones, success metrics, and delivery timelines
Master Linear as your operating system, maintaining pristine project hygiene with accurate status updates, dependency tracking, velocity metrics, and sprint planning that gives leadership real-time visibility into engineering health
Drive relentless execution velocity, identifying bottlenecks before they compound, unblocking engineers through stakeholder coordination, and maintaining a culture of shipping where every week shows measurable progress toward goals
Translate technical complexity into clear product strategy, working with engineering leads to break down ambiguous initiatives into sequenced releases with concrete acceptance criteria
Own cross-functional coordination across backend, frontend, mobile, blockchain, DevOps, and QA teams, ensuring dependencies are mapped, handoffs are smooth, and no team is blocked waiting on another
Collaborate deeply with design, making product decisions on UX flows, information architecture, dashboard layouts, and developer portal experiences that balance user needs with technical constraints
Establish and track success metrics for every initiative, defining KPIs and building dashboards withe engineering that surface progress and risks
Run sprint planning and retrospectives with technical depth, questioning implementation approaches, and ensuring engineering decisions align with product strategy and user needs
Leverage AI tooling extensively, using Claude, Cursor, and other AI-native workflows to 10x your productivity on documentation, project planning, stakeholder updates, and technical research
You are a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical B2B or developer-facing products, with at least 2 years working on infrastructure, APIs, or identity systems
Strong technical background with ability to read and understand TypeScript/Node.js code, review architecture diagrams, and engage meaningfully in technical design discussions without needing translations
Expert-level project management skills with proven track record using Linear, Jira, or similar tools and thrive with slack, notion and general tooling automations
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, database migrations, feature flags, deployment rollbacks, and production incident management
Exceptional written communication, producing PRDs, and stakeholder updates that engineers respect for technical accuracy and leadership values for strategic clarity
Relentless attention to detail, catching inconsistencies in specs before they become bugs, noticing when metrics trend downward, and maintaining documentation hygiene that prevents knowledge gaps
Startup velocity mindset, thriving in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and maintaining execution momentum even when priorities shift or requirements evolve
You will succeed if you have
A self-starter mentality with ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution without constant oversight or direction
Strong product sense for developer experience, having used APIs you loved (Stripe, Plaid, Vercel) and understanding what separates great developer platforms from mediocre ones
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries where quality, security, and compliance cannot be compromised for speed
Experience managing technical roadmaps during hypergrowth (team scaling from 5 to 20+ engineers), maintaining delivery predictability while onboarding new team members
Understanding of Web3 ecosystems, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized identity concepts, with ability to explain zero-knowledge proofs, smart contracts, and credential schemas
